"Theoretically, as long as all the persons named on the title of a property are 62 years of age or older, there is no limit to the number of homeowners you can have on a reverse mortgage. The requirements we ask for are that all persons named on the property title are 62 years or older, you must own the property outright or have enough equity in your home for the coming years, and you all need to occupy the property as your principal residence.
